Sharing a recipe
- Open the recipe you want to share.
- Tap the Share button.
- A shareable link is generated that you can send via text, email, or any messaging app.
What the recipient sees
Anyone with the link can view the full recipe in their browser -- ingredients, steps, photos, and all. They don't need a SousChef account.
If they do have SousChef installed, the page offers a button to open the recipe directly in the app and add it to their collection.
Link expiry
Shared recipe links expire after 30 days. You can generate a new link at any time from the same recipe.
